 EGG MAYONNAISE

 

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 2 (large free range egg yolks)
  • Mustard powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt s- 1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil -  2 cups
  • Lemon Juice - 10 ml
  • White wine Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Method :

  • Put all the ingredients except the oil into food blender. Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes until everything is well mixed.
  • Turn the speed up to high and start to add the oil drop by drop, through the top of the machine.
  • Transfer to a container and adjust the seasoning if necessary. If the mayonnaise seems too thick, thin it by beating in a teaspoon. Mayonnaise keeps for up to 5 to 7 days tightly covered, in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
