EGG MAYONNAISE
Ingredients:
- Egg - 2 (large free range egg yolks)
- Mustard powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt s- 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 cups
- Lemon Juice - 10 ml
- White wine Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Method :
- Put all the ingredients except the oil into food blender. Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes until everything is well mixed.
- Turn the speed up to high and start to add the oil drop by drop, through the top of the machine.
- Transfer to a container and adjust the seasoning if necessary. If the mayonnaise seems too thick, thin it by beating in a teaspoon. Mayonnaise keeps for up to 5 to 7 days tightly covered, in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
