EGG ON BAKED POTATO


 

Ingredients:

  • Large Potato - 2
  • Egg - 2
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 1(finely chopped)
  • Garlic - 4 flakes (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

Microwave the potato in the jacket . Scoop out the whole baked potato pulp and discard he skin.

Put a teaspoon of butter in an individual serving dish.

Mix potato with all the rest of the ingredients except egg and spread out in the dish. Hollow out the centre of he potato mix in the dish.

Break a whole egg and place in the hollow. Prick the yolk 2 times. Microwave for 5 minutes.

Turn the dish around a bit and microwave for one more minutes. Serve hot.
